Duties

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and smoothly. Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention strategies. Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and cashiering activities with accuracy. Implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives to boost sales. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store standards. Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Monitor sales performance metrics using retail math principles to identify opportunities for growth. Support store management in supervising inventory management systems and conducting stock audits. Foster a positive team environment through leadership in training & development programs.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus! Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures Experience in retail sales environments such as grocery stores or specialty retail is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive shopper experiences.
