Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of full-time Gas Bar Supervisor for the Gas Bar location in Perdue. The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently, as well as a member of a highly motivated team.

Responsibilities include:

Demonstrating and displaying role model characteristics of punctuality, reliability and dependability.

Handling cash and accurately complete customer transactions

Multi-tasking in a service related environment, take direction and work with minimum supervision

Working co-operatively with coworkers and promoting teamwork

Demonstrating relevant supervisory, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills

Applicants must have a positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills

Assisting with ordering and merchandising of products

Previous retail supervisory experience along with a background in a Gas Bar/C-Store setting, card lock operations and/or the petroleum industry would be considered an asset

The applicant must be willing to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekends. Applicants must have a Class 5 or better Driver's License, and will be required to maintain a valid Propane Dispensing Certification.
