We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician(Arabic/Tigrinya/Amharic speaking ) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, focusing on preventive medicine and the management of acute and chronic conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient health and wellness, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in a family medicine setting, addressing both acute and chronic health issues. Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients to determine their medical needs. Manage treatment plans, including medication administration and pain management strategies. Provide pediatric care and guidance to families regarding health maintenance and preventive measures. Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation and data collection. Engage in research activities to enhance clinical practices and improve patient outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery, including home care services when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and best practices in family medicine.

Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid medical license from CPSA. Strong skills in patient care, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in medical office experience, including familiarity with electronic health records systems such as MedAccess or AVA.
