We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team at Springdale Dental Centre in the heart of our community. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding patient care and support.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations. Schedule appointments and maintain patient records accurately. Handle dental collections and insurance verifications with professionalism. Assist with patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff effectively. Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems proficiently. Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years

of proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or similar role in a dental office. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures. Familiarity with dental software systems Excellent communication skills and patient service orientation. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patients.
