Blush Lane is looking for a Full Time Deli Supervisor to join our growing team at the Whyte Avenue location in Edmonton (8135 102 Street NW, Edmonton)!

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Purchasing/Ordering
• Inventory Control
• Analyzing and responding to product movement
• Displays and Merchandising
• Quality Control
• Supervising and arranging on-going training of Deli Employees
• Creating a cleaning schedule and ensuring compliance
• Receiving and Claims management
• Performance Management
• Fostering teamwork and cooperation within the department
• Deli Management responsibilities, including opening and closing the store

• Industry and Product Knowledge
• Supervisory Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in retail food sales
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop employees
• Food Safe Certificate
• Standard first aid
• Able to stand most of the day, lift, work in freezers and coolers, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must have evening and weekend availability
