Responsibilities:

Provide safety, security and excellent customer service to all residents, visitors and contractors at job sites Be main point of contact for any emergency or site safety event while responding promptly to alarms and emergency situations. Monitor and control all non-resident vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering and exiting site property while enforcing community rules and regulations. Provide access control and registration to all visitors and contractors Monitor premises through regular patrols and operate CCTV camera surveillance systems and electronic gates Conduct community vehicle patrols according to detailed Post Orders specific to community needs Collaborate with local law enforcement when needed. Draft detailed incident reports in a complete and timely manner. Must be fully aware of proper incident report drafting methods.
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond to incidents effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Skills

Proficient in surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems. Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in loss prevention strategies is a plus. Physical fitness to perform patrol duties effectively. MUST be comfortable meeting and communicating effectively with the public, in a friendly but professional manner.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
