Full Time Customer Care Sales Associate

As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you would be interacting and assisting existing customers with their questions and inquires such as updating plans/equipment, installation & billing payments.
Duties:
- Answering incoming calls
- Presenting products and services based on the customers' needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
- Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution
- Highschool diploma/equivalent
- 18 years+
- Clear Criminal code of conduct
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Call center experience is an asset
- Four weeks fully paid training
- Wage of $17.75 per hour plus monthly BONUSES!
- Full-time position - 40 hours per week!
