Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Courier to join our team.

Pick ups at 5:30 am in the morning. Delivery zone is hamilton.

Paid per parcel basis.

Drivers make an average of 250-350 a day.

An average work day is from 5:30 am to 3pm.

Looking for full time drivers.

Note: it's not seasonal work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages and documents while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting, as well as experience in warehouse operations and commercial driving.

Responsibilities

Safely transport packages and documents to designated locations in a timely manner. Perform thorough checks of delivery items to ensure accuracy and completeness. Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition. Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and order fulfillment. Operate forklifts or other machinery as required for loading/unloading deliveries.

Experience

Previous experience in a courier or delivery role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience with heavy lifting and moving items safely is essential. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) may be required based on delivery needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this position.
