Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in the planning and execution of meal preparation for special events or catering services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service environment is a must!.
Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new techniques is highly valued.
This is a seasonal job, we close for January and February.
