Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care and daily living support. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized care such as dementia or medication management. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to help others, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a caring environment Administer medications following prescribed instructions and company policies Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning client's living spaces to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Support clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals Assist with errands or appointments as needed, ensuring clients' needs are met promptly and respectfully

Skills

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is advantageous Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, and working with people with disabilities Ability to administer medications accurately and responsibly Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Ability to perform light cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards Capable of meal preparation tailored to specific dietary requirements Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and respect for client confidentiality
