Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of transporting our skilled workers in the North Vancouver area on a daily basis. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving and criminal record.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a bus on designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Transport workers adhering to an assigned schedule. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes, schedules, and safety procedures. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and project managers to coordinate transportation schedules and address any operational concerns. Educate passengers about proper bus etiquette and safety measures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a friendly manner.

Qualifications:

Valid Class 2 driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bus driver, preferably with experience driving large vehicles such as 52-seater buses. Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations, with a commitment to safe driving practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers and colleagues. Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliability and punctuality. Clear driving & criminal record
This will be a full time position, and overtime will be required.

There will be a morning and evening shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
