Location: Calgary, Alberta:Looking to join an energetic and dynamic warehouse team? Pet Valu, a specialty retailer of pet food and supplies, is looking for candidates like you!We are looking for a bulk picker to join our Calgary, AB warehouse team in a Full-time position.Shift starts at 5:30AMOur Address:292136 Crossiron DrAlberta, ONT4A 0T5What you will be doing:
- Pick product based on the item number and quantities provided on store order
- Pick store order sequentially based on the pick path
- Pack totes to ensure order is damage free
- Create pallet label and stage pallet based on destination of store order
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain housekeeping at acceptable levels within the aisles and staging areas
- Report all workplace accidents or incidents, on the day they occur to the DC Manager
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor
- Mon-Fri Day Shift 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- High School
- Minimum of 1 year previous picking experience in a warehouse setting
- Sense of urgency
- Good communication skills
- Willing to take responsibility
- Attention to detail
- Willing and able to follow procedure
- Strong team player
