Your opportunity

:

Our office is looking for a Full-time Bookkeeper or Accounting Technician to join our team and own the following responsibilities:

Efficiently work on accounting, payroll and bookkeeping engagements for a variety of small to medium sized businesses Assist clients with accounting software, bookkeeping, and data entry as assigned Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements and other routine account analysis Effectively communicate with clients, partners and staff face to face as well through email and phone conversations

Your knowledge, skills and abilities:

You have strong technical skills including proficiency in accounting programs such as QuickBooks, Sage, Caseware, TaxPrep and Microsoft Office Products You value client service and quality in detailed work You display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills You have the ability to prioritize with the flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks

Your qualifications:

Previous experience as an accounting technician/bookkeeper

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
