Sales Representative

The ideal candidates will be fluent in both English and Chinese, and responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our educational programs to parents and guardians. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential leads. Conduct consultations to understand students' needs and recommend appropriate programs. Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide excellent customer service. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth goals. Represent the institution at community events, open houses, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (experience in education is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills. A passion for education and helping students succeed. Proficiency in Chinese and English. Understand the school curriculum and knowledge structure
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
