Our cafe is steeped in connection, with our friendly team serving up thoughtfully crafted direct trade coffee to our regular customers whose orders we already know, and the ones we have yet to meet.

We are looking for the following position:

Full Time Barista

You are a great fit if you have:

A love of coffee and cafe culture

1+ year in retail, hospitality, or equivalent experience

or

1+ year cafe experience

Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work efficiently, multi-task and learn quickly

Willing to learn and adapt to changes as new procedures and policies are implemented, and enthusiastically influence team members through changes

Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business: may require early mornings, weekends, and evenings

Minimum high school education

Acquire the Safe Check Food Safety Certificate while in employment

: $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

:

Shop is open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day closed.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
