Begonia Bakehouse is a new and exciting French inspired artisan bakery. We are looking for a full-time Baker with creativity who is independently motivated and can work as part of a team. Overseeing daily production
Laminating croissant dough
Shaping and baking breads and pastries
Properly and safely use all equipment (Sheeter, Mixer, Oven, etc.)
Communicate effectively with other team members ensuring timelines are met.

Able to lift 20kg repeatedly and able to stand for full shift
Education: High school diploma. Formal baking training is an asset. Experience:
Baking from scratch sourdough and artisan breads. Comfortable laminating doughs.
Hours of Work: Hours will vary depending on the level of business, but generally 40 hours per week. Early morning, and weekend work required throughout the year. The schedule for this role is Wednesday-Sunday from 3:30 am to 11:30am. Benefits: Parking spot available and other benefits will be reviewed after 6 months.
