Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, creating a warm and inviting environment. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines and best practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and special requests. Uphold health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service in the food industry. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus, showcasing versatility within the hospitality sector. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
