$19.30/hour | Full-Time, Monday to Friday

About the Role::

Join Paladin Security's Airport Operations Team as an Airport Security Traffic Officer at Toronto Pearson International Airport. You'll play a vital role in maintaining safety and order in one of Canada's busiest travel hubs by directing vehicle and pedestrian flow and ensuring compliance with airport regulations. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for dependable professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy working independently.

Key Responsibilities::

Provide break relief to staff across designated airport terminals. Direct and control vehicular and pedestrian traffic in groundside areas to ensure safe, efficient flow. Maintain clear, organized traffic lanes for both public and commercial vehicles. Conduct regular patrols to manage congestion and enforce safety standards. Provide the public with courteous and accurate information regarding parking, stopping, and loading/unloading areas. Ensure crosswalks and vehicle lanes remain clear and hazard-free. Report or assist with any incidents impacting safety or traffic operations.

Requirements:

Must-Have Qualifications::

Valid Ontario Security Guard License. Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor). English fluency (oral and written). Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), or willingness to complete Paladin's onboarding certification program. Legally authorized to work in Canada. Ability to commit for at least 6 months. Comfortable working outdoors and independently in all weather conditions.

Nice to Have::

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
