Dusangh & Co. Chartered Professional Accountants is a public accounting firm located in Downtown Surrey that has been in business for 25 years and offers accounting, taxation, and assurance services to a wide variety of small and medium sized owner managed businesses in different industries.

We are seeking to add an enthusiastic and reliable

full-time Administrative Assistant and Receptionist

to our team of 15-person office. We strive to provide our staff with opportunities for career growth through both education and work experience. JOB TITLE:



Full Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

REMUNERATION:



$45,000 per year + annual bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES:



- Greeting and assisting clients

- A/R Collection calls

- Answering and screening incoming calls

- Filing, paperwork and administrative duties

- Covering for other admin staff's time off requests

- Sending emails or preparing packages for completed tax returns

- Collating tax slips and tax returns

- Scanning incoming documents from clients required for preparation of personal tax returns

- Preparing monthly reconciliation reports

- Maintaining a clean and presentable office for clients

- Data entry and preparation of expense reports

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES:



Must be proficient in the following areas:

- Office administration

- Customer Service

- Basic office software, including MS Word and Excel

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent work ethics and attendance

- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

- Time management skills

- Basic computer knowledge of how to run software updates and hardware assembly

- Self-starter and quick learner

- Experience in an accounting office preferably

LOCATION OF POSITION:



Unit 404 - 13761 96th Ave, Surrey, B.C. We are at walking distance to the King George sky train station and transit accessible.

START DATE:



January 5, 2026

Hours of Work:



Monday to Friday between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
