Tasks

Consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements Design and integrate website related code Determine hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance Develop website architecture Write, modify and test website related code Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls Develop and maintain computer databases Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software
