Full Stack Web Developer (ERP Integration & Manufacturing Systems)

Location: Onsite with opportunity for remote

Reports To: IT Director

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer with experience designing and developing web-based

applications that integrate seamlessly with enterprise ERP systems. This role will focus on building

tools for EDI, payment processing, manufacturing shop floor data collection, and other

business process automation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including

finance, operations, and manufacturing to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy web-based applications for ERP integration and shop floor
data collection.

Develop APIs and middleware to exchange data between our ERP system and external/web
applications.

Implement secure online payment processing and data validation systems.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with manufacturing and financial teams to streamline workflows and automate
data exchange.

Maintain and enhance existing internal web applications and services. Ensure data integrity and compliance with security standards (e.g., PCI DSS for payment
systems).

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues. Document code, processes, and integration architecture.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field--or
equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in full-stack web development. Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue.js. Strong back-end development experience using C#, .NET Core, Node.js, Python, or similar. Experience with RESTful APIs, database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL),
and ORM frameworks.

Proven experience integrating with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft
Dynamics, or others).

Experience with payment gateway integrations (Moneris, Converge, PayPal, etc.). Understanding of shop floor data collection systems or manufacturing processes is a
strong plus.

Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS,
or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience customizing ERP workflows or developing ERP plug-ins. Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integration. Familiarity with security standards, data encryption, and authentication (OAuth2, SSO). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across departments and technical
stacks.

EDI - X12, CSV, and Web based VAN using XML file format Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
