Wingmate builds workflow and communication tools that help field teams, operations, and sales organizations work more efficiently. We integrate mobile, web, and real-time communication to streamline service delivery and help businesses operate smarter.

We're growing, and we're looking for a strong Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team as we scale our platform.

What You'll Do

Build new product features across our Rails + React stack Work with QA, PM, and other developers to deliver high-quality releases Maintain and improve existing codebases with a strong focus on performance Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural improvements Debug issues in production and help improve reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product roadmap delivery

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional full-stack development experience Strong proficiency with

Ruby on Rails

Good experience with

React

or another modern frontend framework Comfortable working with SQL databases (Postgres preferred) Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture Experience working with Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Experience with Jira, QA workflows, and automated testing Background in SaaS or workflow-based products
