Job Description

Larochelle Groupe Conseil is currently looking for a Full Stack Java Developer to join its Development and Technologies Center of Excellence. The advisor will intervene in missions delivered in an Agile framework, at our big industry clients. The work can be done in hybrid mode with a 1-2 days presence per week in Montreal.
You will be asked to participate in different projects in several work environments. As a first intervention, you will be offered to join a team of 4-7 people working on multiple complex projects in Agile mode. The objective of these projects is to provide capabilities related to research and development for the Canadian government and defence and public safety.
What awaits you
Participate in the analysis and technical design of the solution;
Drafts functional and technical specifications;
Develop and integrate new features, Restful APIs and SQL queries and scripts;
Configure the solution and management of source code branches;
Manage the deployment of solutions;
Participate in problem solving as a result of testing or in production.
Skills in demand
5 years of experience in Java development in projects of a complex nature;
Mastery of the development of Web solutions using REST APIs;
Master containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);
Master continuous delivery, integration and deployment cycle (CI/CD);
Good knowledge of front-end development (Angular, React, Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery);
Hands-on experience in an Agile delivery team, preferably with the Scrum application framework.
