About the Role:

SuperQ is looking for a

Full Stack Engineer with expertise in AI and LLM-driven development

to drive expansion of our multi-agent architecture within the Super Platform. You will help build new industry-specific modules (healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, finance) leveraging LLM orchestration and integrate them into our hybrid compute platform.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and deploy AI-driven multi-agent modules (for example Feasibility Agent, Code Generation Agent, Visualization Agent) within the Super Platform. Integrate LLMs (from providers such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic, NVIDIA NIM, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face) and build orchestration pipelines: prompt management, model routing, caching, evaluation, feedback loops. Build backend services/APIs for LLM inference, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) workflows, vector database integration (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, AstraDB). Collaborate with UI/UX and platform teams to create end-to-end modules: front-end UI, backend services, orchestration layer, data storage. Develop industry-specific solutions: define problem statements, build workflow modules, integrate domain data and knowledge-bases, deliver working POC and production modules. Ensure scalability, latency optimisation, monitoring and logging of AI/agent services, deploy into containerised environments (Docker/Kubernetes) where appropriate. Maintain code quality, CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing specific to AI services, ensure security and data-governance compliance.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in AI engineering or full stack software development with a focus on LLMs or similar. Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Node.js/Express, front-end frameworks such as React/Next.js. Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector database integration. Familiarity with vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, AstraDB) and knowledge of embedding workflows. Experience building microservices or full-stack applications with backend & frontend components, REST/GraphQL APIs. Understanding of containerisation and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally with platform, UI/UX, domain teams and deliver industry-specific modules. Bonus: experience with LLM operations (LLM Ops), model evaluation and fairness/bias monitoring, domain experience (healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, finance).
