Duties
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Integrate and customize customer support platforms like Freshdesk or Zendesk and Zoom VOIP to streamline workflows and enhance agent productivity.
Develop custom apps, plugins, or extensions to extend the functionality of support platforms as per business requirements.
Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
Build custom API endpoints for seamless data exchange between different systems.
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and prevent vulnerabilities.
Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
Manage and maintain data integrity and security.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code, configurations, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and IT, to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2-3 years experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web application development expertise.
Demonstrated experience in integrating and customizing customer support platforms like Freshdesk or Zendesk.
Proficiency in developing Zoom VOIP solutions and real-time communication features.
Strong expertise in web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Experience with server-side scripting languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Ruby).
Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
