We are growing, and while lean is great, we need more people, energy, innovation and talent.Right now, we are adding a Full Stack Developer to our Delivery team. You will work with a team of smart and motivated developers. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will help brainstorm ideas, develop solutions, solve technical issues and strive to create a balance between the speed of delivery and feature-richness of the Tulip Product.Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of features, including their non-functional and quality requirements (performance, usability, monitor-ability etc.)
• Guide code/merge reviews/QA and proper secure design practices to adhere to coding patterns and application architecture. Encourage re-use, traceability and support for observability
• Be the owner of your deliverables - code that is a product that you will stand by
• Diagnose and improve underlying design, data, performance, or usability issues.
• Improve the tool and technology usage within your team.
• Communicate and be accountable to stakeholders (ex. project managers, customer support) on dates and goals.
• Understand the \xe2\x80\x9cmarket\xe2\x80\x9d, competitor offerings, and trends when defining solutions.
• Lead team events when required, and encourage participation. Help diffuse conflict.
• Collaborate across team boundaries, including resolving other teams\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
• Seek and provide feedback actively to improve your and team behaviors.
• Participate in hiring, such as interviews and resume screening.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience with SaaS solutions/products is preferred
• 3+ years experience in practice at recent positions developing apps with technology/stacks that include: PHP/MySQL, javascript, node/server side JS, typescript
• Experience with programming for performance for solutions at scale, accessing and processing large datasets in real time
• Full stack experience developing responsive mobile apps is a plus!
• Experience with React native and similar; familiarity with building and shipping iOS applications is a bonus
• You must be highly motivated to improve your skills across various technologies, as well as support the growth of your community
• You are dependable, responsible, and a positive influence on your team
