The Role

We're looking for a

flexible, hands-on developer

who loves wearing different hats. You'll help build and improve our digital experience, lead and delegate projects when needed, and play a key role in shaping our tech direction as we grow.

You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas actually matter -- and where things move fast. If you like autonomy, variety, and building things that make a difference, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain our core web platform and internal tools Jump in on development projects and manage outsourced vendors and developers when needed Collaborate closely with leadership and other teams (retention, marketing, clinical) Join team meetings and help drive product and tech decisions Stay ahead of tech and industry trends in telehealth, e-commerce, and digital health Bring a problem-solving mindset -- and the flexibility to pivot when needed

What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional dev experience (ideally full-stack) Comfortable with modern frameworks and languages (React, Node.js, Python, etc.) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript Experience leading small projects or mentoring other devs Adaptable, organized, and collaborative -- startup life doesn't scare you Fluent in English (our internal communications and product are English-only) Bonus: experience in healthcare, SaaS, or subscription products, degree in computer science, business experience
