This is a remote position. You need your own reliable internet connection. Do not apply if you want to ask higher base salary. Bonus worth additional 5 to 8 K. At Avantune we are helping company to improve their performances via our cloud software solutions. We are seeking a skilled .NET developer to join our team and contribute to the development of software using the .NET framework. In this role, you will be responsible for to enhance existing applications and creating applications from the ground up, configuring existing systems, and providing user support. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages (C# .NET)
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Improve existing software
• Fix errors in the most appropriate direction
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
• Report to PM or Tech Lead

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer with minimum 5 years experience
• Located in Ontario, GTA and having a valid work authorization
• Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of C# .Net, ASP.net (5+ years\' experience)
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework and Basic knowledge of IIS web hosting
• Knowledge in designing windows services and multi trading architecture
• Experience building Web services, WCF services, REST services, SOAP Web service
• Experience in HTLM, CSS, jQuery, jScript, Angular.js (5+ years\' experience)
• Experience using third party html/javascript components (Devexpress DevExtreme)
• Good knowledge of MS SQL server and SQL queries. (at least 5 years\' experience)
• Experience in designing applications using Linq to SQL and Entity Framework (EF)
• Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts simply
