Millennium Dental is expanding, and we are excited to welcome a passionate and experienced

Registered Dental Assistant

to our dynamic and supportive clinic in SE Calgary.

About the Role

As part of our growing team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the smooth operation of the practice. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly proficient with digital technology.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment. Collect dental radiographs (X-rays), take intra- and extra-oral photos, and perform intraoral scans. Confidently place rubber dams, pack cord, and make temporary crowns. Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software. Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care. Support scheduling, patient flow, and front-desk communication as needed. Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and patient follow-up. Assist with pediatric procedures and orthodontic cases as required. Availability to work until 7 p.m. 1-2 days per week and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of

2 years of experience

as a Registered Dental Assistant. Proficient in digital dental technology and software systems. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience with pediatric patients and orthodontic module is an asset. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
