Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Duties

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Perform payroll functions, including calculating wages, deductions, and issuing paychecks Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Manage bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient record keeping

Skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero accounting software Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and budgeting activities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and management
