Job Description

Robert Half is looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to assist a client with several holding companies using QuickBooks online.

The part-time Bookkeeper will be responsible to help manage budgeting and forecasting analysis, help prepare financial statements and month end/year end reporting.
- Aptitude for analyzing financial data and generating accurate reports in a timely manner

- Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

- Bookkeeping experience

- Full charge bookkeeping experience preferred

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- 3+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping

- Ability to multitask effectively

- High school diploma or equivalent, AA degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred

- Previous experience with payroll preferred

- A thorough knowledge of accrual and cash basis of accounting

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Proficiency with Excel, Quickbooks, and Peachtree
