Truth Gym Gallery is looking for both Full and Part-Time Personal Trainers to join our team!

Truth Gym Gallery was founded in 2021 with a vision to provide Victoria and its residents a premier training facility that creates community, connection and personal growth. We are a limited membership health club focused on bringing our members a carefully selected collection of the best fitness equipment found in North America.

Within each of us we are body-builders at our core and have a common focus on building and improving our bodies on a daily basis. We are the people that look to take our fitness seriously and want to improve our overall health and wellness. Together we bound over the same common goals, however we take the personal journey of self improvement on our own.

We're looking for passionate, experienced Certified Personal Trainers to join our team as independent contractors -- one in a full-time capacity and one or two in part-time roles (mornings, evenings, weekends). If you're ready to build your own client base, lead transformations, and grow your brand while representing a respected, community-driven facility, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is self-motivated, and can confidently take initiative while working independently. A genuine interest in health and fitness is a must, as is a positive and welcoming attitude when interacting in our community. While this role offers plenty of social interaction, it also requires someone who can balance that energy with focus and follow-through on key responsibilities throughout their shift. This position is a great fit for someone who wants to grow within a vibrant, like-minded team and take on more responsibilities over time as opportunities may arise.

and Responsibilities:

Primary Role

: Deliver high-quality personal training services to a diverse range of clients while growing a consistent client base within Truth Gym Gallery. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for programming, coaching, and client management, while also representing the gym's brand, leading group & individual transformation challenges, and contributing to a strong, community-driven training environment.

This position reports to the Gym Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

Build and manage your own personal training client base Conduct fitness assessments and provide tailored training programs Program for a wide variety of goals: fat loss, muscle gain, athletic performance, mobility, rehabilitation, and more Lead Truth Gym Gallery's signature 6-week Transformation Challenges for participating clients Coach a diverse range of clients -- from beginners to athletes, including those with injuries or special conditions Maintain a professional presence on the gym floor and in your client communications Proactively market yourself and your services (with advertising support from the gym) Represent the Truth Gym brand in person and online Participate in gym events, workshops, and local community initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized organization (ISSA, CSEP, ACE, NASM, BCRPA, etc.) -- current and active Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with clients one-on-one or in small group settings Proven ability to train a wide range of individuals: general population, athletes, clients with injuries or limitations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset CPR/AED certification (current) Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Working Hours and Compensation:

Hours: Full Time: Monday to Friday (approx. 30-40 hours/week; flexible scheduling) Part Time: Evenings & Weekends (flexible scheduling) Structure: Independent Contractor Compensation: Commission-based with revenue share (based on experience and client load)
