We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fulfillment Associate to support our production and logistics operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are assembled, packaged, and shipped with accuracy.
Qualifications:
Experience in a 3-dimensional physical medium such as general construction, drywall/trim work, artistry, welding/fabrication, or certain factory jobs.
Relevant hobbies such as carpentry, model-making, pottery/ceramics, taxidermy, etc., are considered an asset.
Exceptional attention to detail and a perfectionist mindset.
Experience with ceramics and tools used for grinding, shaping, smoothing, and polishing is highly sought after.
Pre-existing knowledge of anatomy is a plus but not required. Artistic and tool proficiency will be prioritized over anatomical knowledge.
Previous experience in fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable using basic computer systems and inventory software
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Bachelor or college degree
Ability to work under stress and fast approaching deadlines
Responsibilities:
Utilize various tools and techniques for grinding, shaping, smoothing, and polishing.
Maintain high consistency, focus, and reliability in tasks
Ensure all assigned projects are completed safely and effectively without limitations that could affect performance
Order Fulfillment: Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications and quality standards
Inventory Management: Track materials, update stock levels, and assist with inventory audits
Shipping & Receiving: Prepare shipments, generate labels, and coordinate with couriers for domestic and international deliveries
Production Support: Assist with manufacturing tasks including mold preparation, material handling, and workstation setup
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and shipments
Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections and report any defects or inconsistencies
Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet deadlines and improve workflows
Communication & Coordination:
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Follow instructions accurately and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Maintain organized records and assist with inventory tracking
Use digital tools and systems to streamline logistics operations
