We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Fulfillment Associate

to support our daily order processing and logistics operations. This individual will be responsible for charging customers, preparing shipping labels, labeling products accurately, and ensuring all orders are fulfilled efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, familiarity with e-commerce systems, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accurate billing and payment collection. Prepare shipping labels through designated platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx portals, etc.). Label products according to company standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with fulfillment or warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Maintain accurate records of payments, shipments, and inventory movements. Communicate with customers regarding billing issues, payment confirmations, or shipment updates. Assist with general administrative or logistical tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). 1-2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or administrative roles.. Experience using shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx online tools). Typing speed 50-60 WPM with high accuracy (?95%) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce, pharmacy, or product labeling environments. Basic understanding of packaging and shipping compliance standards. Knowledge of barcode systems or inventory tracking tools.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
