Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fuel Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with fuel purchases and maintaining a clean and organized fueling station. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with fueling their vehicles. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling. Provide product demonstrations and information about fuel options and services offered. Engage in upselling additional products or services to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fueling area, including merchandising displays. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent communication skills. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and ensure proper cash register balancing. Exhibit strong time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours. Uphold safety standards and protocols while interacting with customers and operating equipment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse customers is essential. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment. Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls related to services offered at the station.
