Job Summary



We are seeking a

professional, local Tanker Driver

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting bulk flammable liquids in company-owned tanker trucks to our valued customers throughout the Lower Mainland.

The ideal applicant is

fluent in English, professional in appearance, responsible, and operates with a team-first mindset.

You must currently be

located in the Fraser Valley

and be

legally able to work in Canada.



Intimate knowledge of Vancouver and Fraser Valley roads and truck routes is a non-negotiable prerequisite.
Strong working knowledge of technology (tablets, scanners, dispatch software) and previous experience pumping liquids are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:



Safely operate a tanker to deliver bulk fuel to customer locations across the service area Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure the secure handling and transport of fuel Load and unload fuel in compliance with company procedures and industry standards Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and reliability Maintain accurate and timely delivery logs, transaction records, and customer documentation Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and representing the company professionally Communicate proactively with dispatch and team members to support efficient routing and scheduling Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company driving standards

Daily Duties:



Complete a thorough vehicle pre-trip inspection at the start of each shift Utilize computer tablets, scanners, and other tools to complete and monitor customer orders Safely deliver and dispense fuel to customers across the Lower Mainland in a timely, professional manner Maintain accurate records of all daily transactions Provide knowledgeable customer support, answering questions and resolving issues that may arise during deliveries Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch and customers Ensure proper care of customer equipment and vehicles; note and report any issues observed (including photos if necessary) Educate customers on the benefits of our delivery service, validate their choice in using us, and thank them for their business Consistently exceed customer expectations in both service and safety

Qualifications:



Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement Clean driver's abstract with

no at-fault accidents within the past 24 months

Minimum of 5 years of relevant driving experience Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on positive customer outcomes Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Enthusiastic, career-oriented individual with a passion for customer service Strong interpersonal and communication skills; genuinely enjoys working with people Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and maneuvering as the job requires Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays, with sufficient notice Ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug testing if required

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
