The Role:

We are looking for a Fuel Coordinator to join our team of professionals in our Shoreland Transport office in Stellarton, NS. This position will require strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and monitor daily fuel transactions to identify discrepancies, errors in fueling locations, or unusual activity. Track fuel pricing and analyze vendor options to identify the lowest-cost fueling locations Maintain and monitor fuel card numbers and PINS to ensure accuracy, security, and proper usage. Investigate and resolve issues with fuel cards, including troubleshooting, replacements, and account maintenance. Communicate with drivers to provide support and promptly address questions, concerns, and address mistakes. Prepare and distribute monthly fuel usage and cost reports for management review.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of TruckMate systems would be an asset Excellent communication skills for communicating with drivers and vendors Problem solving abilities Previous experience in fuel coordination, logistics, transportation, or administration High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining accuracy, security, and compliance Strong organizational and time management skills
