*Household Manager for couple in their 80's


A couple in their early 80's, seeks a compassionate, caring, and organized individual. The husband is out of the house during the day and the wife primarily at home, the couple looks for assistance to help with their daily activities.


Experience with cognitive decline is a requirement.


The role is crucial for assisting the couple with their daily routines, with a particular focus on supporting the wife's daily needs and ensuring the smooth operation of the household. The ideal applicant would be someone who demonstrates kindness, strong organizational skills, and strong boundaries and the ability to regulate their own emotions.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM.


Key Responsibilities:


Maintain a clean, orderly, and comfortable living environment through regular household cleaning and maintenance. Grocery shopping and errands Organize and prepare for trips, including managing logistics and packing necessities. Oversee online orders and deliveries. Manage laundry tasks. Ensure the condo remains organized and efficiently run, tackling spontaneous needs or tasks as they arise. Support the wife in her daily activities, ensuring her schedule is well-managed and her needs are attended to with patience and understanding. Dinner prep/making a bonus

Qualifications:


Demonstrates a compassionate, caring demeanour with a high level of patience. Possesses exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive Capable of working independently and managing time effectively. Holds a valid driver's license. Previous experience in cognitive decline Ability to set strong professional boundaries Computer literate Ability to be the calm in the storm
