:Looking for a Permanent Programmer Analyst (SQL Server)Must Have Primary Skills :

• Develop, maintain, and provide tier 3 support for various third-party ERP systems, in-house built applications and integrations.
• Design, code, test and debug programs and integrations.
• Modify and enhance existing programs and/or systems to meet user needs.
• Implement, evaluate and test new or updated software to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with team members on various tasks and projects, and share knowledge.Manage support tickets, troubleshoot production issues, resolve reporting issues, conduct unit and integration testing, manage source control, and document solutions as required.Fix application bugs and liaise with business owners to address master data issues.
• Develop and tune T-SQL queries used in Stored Procedures, Reports, ETL Processes, and application code.
• Understand business processes and the underlying system data architecture.
• Gather user requirements and bridge them with technical solutions.
• Work collaboratively with Business Analyst as required.
• Perform project work in adherence with project timelines.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions (e.g., automating processes, improving data quality and integrity, optimizing processing speeds).

Proven Experience In :

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, or a related field of study required.
• 3-5 Years related experience.
• Experience in developing and/or maintaining Enterprise Systems.
• Experience in integration technologies, methods, and capabilities.
