Wheel Easy is a mobile automotive service provider - we complete work for our customers at their home or office. Established in 2021, we have a large and growing customer base eager to access our convenient services.

Want to join a growing team where you can make a difference and shape our future? We are seeking a motivated self-starter looking for an opportunity to grow with our company (you will be technician #4 and FT employee #1).

Our focus is on tires, but we also do a variety of other maintenance and repair work - oil changes, scheduled maintenance, brakes, suspension, diagnostics, and other repairs. We have one licensed technician on staff who can support you and we provide you with the service vehicle, tools, and resources you need. We're eager for your skills and experience to add to our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Use our portal to receive and complete customer at-home appointments (scheduled to minimize travel time and distance). Interact with customers when you arrive at their location. Complete requested work efficiently (includes tire/wheel installation on or off rim, tire repairs, oil change and other maintenance, diagnostic and repair work including brake, suspension, engine, transmission, electrical, etc). Use Mitchell ProDemand and other resources to verify repair procedures and specifications. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. Inspect/measure vehicle components to recommend and facilitate repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications

310S Automotive Service Technician Certification preferred (high level apprentices also considered). Valid G driver's license. Demonstrated experience in automotive repairs and tire service with strong troubleshooting skills. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles.
What We Offer

Competitive compensation - $25 - $35 hourly plus incentives (to be discussed). $100K++ potential for four months of work per year. Company equity is a possibility, as is pathway to Franchisee.
