Bush, Bohlman & Partners LLP is an industry leading structural engineering consulting firm specializing in the design of building projects throughout Western Canada. Typical projects include schools, health care facilities, universities, airports, civic buildings, commercial, and multi-family residential. The firm has been in business providing exceptional services for 55 years and currently has a staff of 40 engineers and technicians. Our office is located in beautiful Coal Harbour right beside Stanley Park in Downtown Vancouver

Responsibilities will include:

Production of structural drawings for building projects utilizing the latest releases of Revit Structure

Work within an integrated team environment to coordinate drawings with the architects and other project consultants

Mandatory Qualifications:

Certificate or Diploma in Civil/Structural/Architectural Drafting or Technology from accredited Technical Institute or College

Additional Requirements:

Applied knowledge of Revit Structure

Ability to work within established office technical standards

Good communication skills in English

Be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in preparing building structural drawing packages

Preferred candidates will have experience with institutional or commercial/multi-family residential buildings

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary with benefits package and an excellent progressive learning environment. Our standard work week is 37.5 hours, with paid overtime when necessary. We provide profit sharing for all employees. We support continuing education and cover costs for courses.
