Full-Time Inside Sales Representative Position

Our company continues to grow, and we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to take phone orders out of our Victoria Office Location. If you love the sales experience and speaking with and helping people over the phone, then this inside sales position is for you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Taking orders over the phone and via email

Entering and processing customer orders

Supporting the outside sales team by providing product and pricing information to generate new and repeat sales

Providing exceptional customer service

Addressing and resolving customer concerns

Participating effectively in meetings to resolve issues and keep current on new products, pricing, and product promotions

Coordinating efforts, as necessary, with other departments including marketing, customer service, accounts receivable, and warehouse operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Food industry experience an asset

Excellent sales skills and customer service oriented

Goal oriented self-starter and competitive spirit

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Strong organizational skills, prioritizing, and time management skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented

Exceptional work ethic and positive team attitude
