We are seeking a passionate and dedicated FSL Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and guiding students in their educational journey. As an FSL Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing support to ensure each learner achieves their full potential.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the diverse needs of students. Facilitate engaging classroom discussions and activities that promote critical thinking and active participation. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and fosters respect among peers. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the educational program. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.

Skills

Strong FRENCH communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and engage with parents. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles. Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes, including online teaching platforms if applicable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.
