Duties

Select and prepare a variety of fresh fruits for display and sale. Ensure that all fruits are properly stored, displayed, and maintained to meet quality standards. Assist customers by providing information about different types of fruits, their origins, and health benefits. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fruit section, including regular stock checks and replenishment. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or quality issues to management. Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing fruit displays that attract customers. Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food products.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of various types of fruits, including seasonal availability. Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for fresh produce and commitment to promoting healthy eating habits.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
