Fruit Picking
Job Description
In Season:
Work under the field boss:
Harvest fruit as necessary, starting with Rhubarb and ending in the fall with apples, pumpkins and plums.
Help pack the fruit
Wash totes and clean fruit
Help make juice.
Conduct routine gardening chores like pruning, mulching, cleanup.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Tenting is an option, as well as discounted meals during work hours at our cafe.
Follow health and safety guidelines
Ability to work independently and as a team
Leadership skills
Lift 50 lbs
Must be fluent in English both written and oral
Willing to work weekends. Rain days we will be laid up.
Wage: $17-20/ hour depending on experience
