We're looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented

Dessert Shop Coordinator

to join our opening team!

As the face of

6 Cloud

, you'll play a key role in greeting customers, serving desserts with care, and creating a welcoming, positive environment that reflects our brand's joyful and creative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities to ensure smooth operations Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and overall shop presentation Manage inventory levels and assist with supply ordering when needed Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards Support staff communication and teamwork during service hours Handle customer feedback and help create memorable dessert experiences

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills At least

1 year of experience

in retail, cafe, or food service (preferred) Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic knowledge of POS systems and daily operations A positive attitude, sense of responsibility, and eye for detail Passion for desserts and hospitality
