Wolfville Pharmasave, a part of MacQuarries Pharmasave Group, is currently recruiting for a Store Manager.

This will be an exciting position for an engaging and highly motivated individual. The candidate must have experience in retail management and a strong customer service background. We are seeking someone who believes in a lead by example approach to coach and guide all team members. The successful candidate will be an individual who is not afraid to use innovative methods for effective communication to maintain a strong team environment for Cochrane\xe2\x80\x99s Pharmasave. Our culture consists of the ABC\xe2\x80\x99s; you must have a great attitude and professional behavior and want to positively contribute to our team.

Areas of focus for this role will include Employee Engagement, Customer Satisfaction and Business Growth and Development. Ability to demonstrate an aptitude in all three areas will be required. The successful applicant will oversee all areas of the store working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and all levels of management for optimum success. Participating in community events and activities will also be an integral part of this position. We are a small but mighty store, and everyone helps wherever they can. Because of this some heavy lifting will be required daily. This position reports to our Northern Nova Scotia Operations Manager.
