Terrace is seeking a Front Store Manager to work at our location in the Skeena Mall. The person we are looking for is someone who will be excited to help us continue to offer exceptional customer service to our clients.

Salary Expectations
The pay scale for this position is:
$20.00/hr to $32.00/hr*
Those without previous front store management experience generally start at the lower end of the wage range. However, our pay structure is built to ensure fairness and reflect industry benchmarks, with opportunities to grow as experience is gained.
The successful candidate will have
:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience of a small to medium-size business, ideally in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Organization and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with a small, seasoned and diverse team and to provide an outstanding guest experience for customers.
- Highly motivated and adventurous with an appreciation for small town life in a diverse community.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership capabilities by bringing passion, enthusiasm and energy into the work environment on a daily basis
- Manage the overall front store operations and day-to-day activities. Ensure retail pricing is done appropriately and invoices are received accurately.
- Identify ways in which front shop and pharmacy programs intersect and ensure communication to maximize customer interface is smooth and seamless towards achieving exceptional customer service
- Inventory management and monitoring including product ordering, receiving, merchandising, price changes, damages, and returns.
- Proactively monitor and minimize the liability of discontinued inventory utilizing weekly reports to ensure the timely return of products to vendors being aware of all vendor return policies.
- Promote team level expertise including health and wellness product knowledge, merchandising, loss prevention and Health & Safety.
- Manage day-to-day aspect of pharmacy/health care centre (i.e. maintenance, cleanliness, customer service, daily correspondence, and inventory).
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
