Job Type : Full-Time/Part-Time, Term position with possibility of becoming permanent

Position Overview :We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to cover a maternity leave position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, while assuming some managerial duties relating to the day-to-day operations of our front store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the front store, ensuring efficient store management and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are maintained.
• Support in daily operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and resolving customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with the Pharmacy Manager to support store-wide initiatives.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance.

Qualifications :

• Experience in retail management is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
• High school diploma required.
