Front Store Manager - IDA Pharmacy
We're looking for an experienced
Front Store Manager
to join our team!The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous
management experience in a retail setting
, preferably in pharmacy or health and wellness.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front store operations and ensure excellent customer service Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance Handle product ordering, inventory control, and merchandising Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Work closely with the pharmacy team to support overall store goals and community initiatives
Qualifications:
Previous
retail management experience required
(pharmacy experience an asset) Strong communication and organizational skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Experience withordering, scheduling, and inventory management
Reliable, friendly, and customer-focusedSchedule:
